Coke Injection Hose
Coke Injection hose is recommended for highly abrasive media like coke particles, gravel, sand conveyed pneumatically and designed to perform in harsh conditions in a steel plant. The tube is designed to dissipate the heat generated during flow of abrasive media.
Special constructions for tight routing are also available.
Cover: abrasion resistant. Ceramic/ Asbestos thermal insulation can be provided on request.
Tube: The tube is of high abrasion resistant rubber to sustain the extreme wear.
Reinforcement: Smaller dia hoses are in double layer braided construction. Large dia hoses are with multiple layers of rubberized fabric with Helical wire insert.
Temperature Range: -30°C to +110°C

Carbon Free Water Cooling Hose
VALUX Carbon free Water-Cooling hose is recommended for conveying cooling water in a steel plant. Ideal hose for furnace coolant & low current leakage applications.
Cover: Specially compounded rubber, colour red. Ceramic/ Asbestos thermal insulation can be provided on request.
Tube: White tubing of carbon free high grade rubber compound.
Reinforcement: Smaller dia hoses (till 2") are in double layer braided construction. Large dia hoses are with multiple layers of rubberized fabric with/ without helical wire insert as per customer requirement.
Temperature Range: -30°C to +110°C

Shot Blaster and Plaster Hose
VALUX Shot Blast & Plaster hose is recommended for conveying highly abrasive media such as quartz sand, steel shot, corundum, glass, etc. The hose is also ideal for plastering applications

Tube: The tube is of high abrasion resistant rubber to sustain the extreme wear.
